1. Donation Refund Policy

At GESDCT, we value the trust you place in us. We understand that a donation may be made in error or there may be a genuine reason for a refund request. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Donations will generally not be refunded once processed.

• A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate donation made by mistake

  • Incorrect amount entered

  • Technical error during payment

  • Unauthorized transaction

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days from the date of donation. The final decision will rest with the trust after reviewing each case individually.

2. How to Request a Refund

• Donor name

• Transaction ID or screenshot

• Donation date and amount

• Reason for refund request

Once we receive your request, our team will respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Donations, once made, cannot be canceled after processing.

• Please review all donation details (amount, frequency, and cause) carefully before confirming.

• GESDCT does not offer subscription-based or recurring billing unless explicitly authorized in writing.
